Meghan Jutca is a Managing Director in Client Services at Optimatum Solutions LLC specializing in Human Capital Management advisory, HR transformation, and M&A execution. Meghan’s primary areas of concentration are process optimization and technology enablement, organizational and operating model design, vendor assessment and selection, delivering end-to-end enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) software implementations, vendor and stakeholder management, and change management and adoption. Additionally, Meghan has extensive experience across M&A, including operational HR due diligence, pre-close transaction planning and day one execution, standing up HR organizations (people, processes, and systems) as part of carve outs/divestitures, and merger-integration planning and execution.
Ms. Jutca built her career at PwC, IBM, and Deloitte where she led large-scale HR transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Optimatum, Ms. Jutca spent five years at Riveron where she focused on guiding middle- and upper-middle market clients through process and tech-stack optimization, HCM system implementations, organizational right-sizing, and M&A transitions.
Ms. Jutca holds a B.S., in Business Administration from Villanova University and was recipient of the 2023 Consulting Magazine’s Future Leader Award for Women in Consulting.
